▶Routine maintenance should be carried out, including cleaning the inside and outside of the equipment to ensure that the sliding surfaces are free of oil, no oil leakage or air leakage in all parts, and the chips, sundries and dirt around the equipment should be cleaned up; tools, accessories and workpieces should be placed in a neat manner, and the pipelines and lines should be organised; and refueling or oil change should be carried out on time to ensure that the lubrication is good.

For the valve positioner, periodically check whether its programmable dual analogue output is normal, whether the communication is stable using HART, etc.
