Product Description
The SAFT315F500 is a Thyristor Braking Unit. Stresses over the absolute maximum ratings can cause permanent damage to the device. Functional operation of the device is not implied at these or any other conditions over those given in the operations sections of the data sheet. Exposure to absolute maximum ratings for extended periods can adversely affect the device reliability.Supports paralleling with active current sharing, as long as OR-ing components are added

• Output overcurrent protection (non-latching)
• Overtemperature and output over-voltage protections
• Up to 11ms of holdup time at 200W out (with Vout at 42V at the end)
