Hitachi EH-PT4 EH-150 4-Channel RTD Input Module

EH-PT4 is a four-channel RTD temperature input module for Hitachi EH-150 or supported EHV+ PLC installations; it converts Pt100 or Pt1000 sensor resistance into signed 15-bit input data for the controller.

EH-PT4 supports Pt100 from −20 to 40 °C, Pt100 from −50 to 400 °C, and Pt1000 from −50 to 400 °C, with the configured range required to match the connected RTD.

At 25 °C, EH-PT4 is specified at ±0.1 °C for Pt100 −20 to 40 °C, ±0.6 °C for Pt100 −50 to 400 °C, and ±0.8 °C for Pt1000 −50 to 400 °C, with approximately one second to convert all four channels.

EH-PT4 requires a 24 V DC external supply, shielded RTD wiring through its removable M3 screw terminal, and no more than 400 Ω total lead resistance across the four channels.

EH-PT4 mounts on a compatible basic or expansion base, and the installed EHV+ or EH-150 hardware configuration and PLC project must support the module before commissioning.

EH-PT4 should not replace an EH-RTD8 without engineering verification because the channel count, terminal assignment, range configuration, wiring, base compatibility and saved PLC project may differ.
