Product Description：
An I/O Network Interface Unit connects VersaPoint I/O modules to a host PLC or computer via a variety of networks, which makes it easy to include VersaPoint I/O in Profibus-DP, Ethernet or DeviceNet installations. Together, the NIU is capable of handling up to 63 modules in one node. The VersaPoint product family is a modular automation system. With VersaPoint modules you can easily add one module to the next and build functional units that meet your automation requirements exactly. A set of interconnected VersaPoint I/O modules can be selected to suit the application, and connected as a slave on a Profibus-DP network. The interface between the network and the modules is a VersaPoint Profibus-DP Network Interface Unit (NIU).
