The DS200TCQCG1BJF GE RST Overflow Board is an extended input output circuit board populated with 37 jumpers and 3 40-pin connectors, 3 34-pin connectors and 1 16-pin connector. It is located in the in the R, S, and T cores in the General Electric MKV panel and its primary function is to take the digital output of the board and to convert it to current that drives the servo-valve by digital to analog converters and amplifiers. IDs are assigned to all connectors for easy identification and placement. The jumpers on this board serve to enable the installer to configure the board for the exact needs of the site. When the original board is installed, the installer will review the information in the installation guide provided with the board. It contains a description of the jumpers and how the functionality of the board can change as the position of the jumpers change. It is best practice for the operator to work closely with the engineering staff at the facility so that the installer can set the jumpers to better meet the requirements of the facility.
