PLC 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 control module

The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 is an PLC control module that is part of the Kinetix 6500 motion control system. This control module features Two (2) Ethernet communication interfaces supporting the Safe Torque Off (STO) safety feature. It uses a twisted pair cable for communicating with an ethernet network. This control module has an axis performance of 500 µs. The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 supports a variety of features such as DC Bus status indicator, Network status indicator, Module status indicator, PORT 1 status indicator, PORT 2 status indicator, IOD connector for I/O, safety, and auxiliary feedback, and MF connector for motor feedback. The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 mounts to the Kinetix power rail and operates along with the Integrated Axis Module (IAM), and Axis Module (AM). It has an operating temperature of 0…50 ° C (32…122 ° F) at a relative humidity of 5…95% noncondensing. The operating altitude of this control module is similar to the other Kinetix module which is 1000 m (3281 ft) and 3000 m (9843 ft) with derating while the vibration rating includes 5…55 Hz @ 0.35 mm (0.014 in.) double amplitude, continuous displacement; 55…500 Hz @ 2.0 g peak constant acceleration. For module storage and transport, storage temperature requirement is -40…70 ° C (-40…158 ° F) while altitude during transport is 3000 meters (9843 ft). The 2094-EN02D-M01-S0 Safe Torque Off (STO) feature enables the capability to safely shut down the power transistors on the inverter board in reference to the state of an input signal. This feature complies with SIL CL3 according to EN 61800-5-2, EN 61508, and EN 62061, Performance Level PLe and CAT 4 according to ISO 13849-1.
