The Allen-Bradley 1738-IB16DM12 ArmorPoint Series A Input Module has 16 nonisolated inputs, 5 Volts of off-state voltage, and 1.5 Milliamps of off-state current. The maximum sensor source current per input is 50 Milliamps and the maximum sensor source current per module is 800 Milliamps. This module's field power supply voltage range is 10 to 28.8 Volts and its power dissipation is 2.7 Watts at 28.8 Volts (maximum). The 1738-IB16DM12 module has a thermal dissipation of 9.2 British Thermal Units (BTU) per hour at 28.8 Volts maximum and a continuous isolation voltage at 50 Volts with a reinforced insulation type. LED indicators are included with the module, allowing the end-users to determine the status of the module, and there are 16 yellow LEDs indicating the input/output status, 1 green/red LED indicating the network status, 1 green/red LED indicating the module status, and 1 red LED for the fault status.
