In addition to a controller-mounted human-machine interface module, the Allen-Bradley 1336S-BRF10-AA-EN drive also supports a handheld human-machine interface module. The difference between the 2 is that a handheld HMI can be connected and disconnected when the drive is still running. For the onboard HMI, disconnecting it when the drive is still running will lead to a fault. Additionally, the onboard HMI cannot be connected when the 1336S-BRF10-AA-EN drive is running due to the risk of an electric shock. Note that a handheld HMI can only be a maximum of 33 feet away from the 1336S-BRF10-AA-EN drive. The Allen-Bradley 1336S-BRF10-AA-EN drive has an input voltage rating of between 380 Volts AC and 480 Volts AC. Additionally, the controller can be operated with a DC input voltage which stands between 513 Volts DC and 620 Volts DC. The 1336S-BRF10-AA-EN drive supports programming in English and it has an IP20 rated enclosure. The drive belongs to the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS family of variable speed drives.
