FAQ for F60 CPU 01

• Q1: How do I reset the CPU if I forgot the administrator password?

A: Use the reset key:
Unplug all fieldbus connectors
Insert an insulated pin into the small round hole on the front plate
Reboot the controller while holding the pin for at least 20 seconds
After reboot, default settings apply (IP: 192.168.0.99, Administrator without password)
Configure new parameters and reboot again without the reset key engaged

• Q2: What do the different LED states indicate?

A: RUN (Green ON) → Controller in STOP or RUN, normal operation
ERR (Red ON) → ERROR STOP, internal system fault, or missing license
ERR (Red Blinking) → Operating system fault or boot loader waiting for new OS
FORCE (Yellow Blinking) → Forcing active (at least one variable forced)
PROG (Yellow ON) → Configuration or OS loading in progress
All LEDs briefly light simultaneously during power-on self-test.
