Product Description:

The Series 90-30 I/O LINK Master Module (IC693BEM321) allows a Series 90-30 PLC to act as a master on a proprietary Fanuc I/O LINK. The Fanuc I/O LINK is a serial interface which provides high-speed exchange of I/O data between the master and up to 16 slaves. The master can receive 1024 discrete inputs from slaves, and send up to 1024 discrete outputs.
Any number of I/O LINK Master Modules can be installed in a Series 90-30 PLC. When there are multiple I/O LINK Master Modules in the same PLC, they must be on separate I/O LINKs. An I/O LINK Master Module can be installed in any I/O slot in any baseplate. The maximum number of I/O LINK Master Modules that can be installed in the CPU baseplate is six.
